Is it because my car is Canadian?
I was just thinking about this. My car was purchased from a dealer in Buffalo, NY who gets most of his cars from Canada, mine being no different. My car wouldn't start one morning so I got it towed to a Nissan dealer. They haven't been able to run a diagnostic on the car yet because they can't even program the keys to the car. What's the deal?

Then is the dealership I took my car to retarted? They have had the car since saturday and still haven't pulled the codes. Now they have to call the tech. line, boy I hope that works.
I talked to the dealer today. The service manager said that he narrowed down the problem to something about an "interruptor." It has something to do with the security of the car. Apparently the key registration procedure did not work with the car and they have to order parts for it.
