i just put in HIDs and since there's no high beams i can't see ****. i need to aim my headlights up a little higher if possible, but i have no clue how to do so. anyone do this before?

if you're talking about the stock 2k2-2k3 lights, there is a little white plastic bolt behind the hid housing that you can adjust. i believe that you have to turn it counter-clockwise to raise the beam.

If you have aftermarket hids, which I suspect you have, since you don't have high beams anymore, you probably don't want to aim your lights too high. Aftermarket HIDs have a tendency to blind oncoming traffic as it is. If you aim them higher you will surely pi$$ a few folks off.
