Black Projectors!

Im not one to post on things like this but, I couldnt let this one slide. I personally think they look sweet but only if we could open them up and paint them body color rather then flat black. But im liken them!

EBAY LINK

Im sure these are gonna go quick.

Geez, theese things are popping up all over now. Wonder if it's the same manufacturer. They look a little cheap IMHO. Especially the blinker and marker lenses.

Wow! For that price...2K-2K1s should be ALL over these. I would be.

Anybody that gets these installed, let me know.

Is that a D2S projector I see?

That's how it looks like to me also. But should that matter?

PhxBlue has a pair and he should be able to confirm that.

Yeah, for $300, I'd open these guys and put in FROSTED pieces like some have OEMs.

does anyone know how difficult the wiring is going to be installing these?? im under the impression that us 00/01's dont have that many wires running to our current headlights. i could be wrong because im not very good at electrical stuff.

in the end, id just like to know how difficult it would be to wire these headlights. im very close to buying me a pair of these.

There are bulbs in each piece that you see, I have these sitting right beside me right now. The headlight bulbs are H3's, one for high beams and one for low beams. You could take all the amber bulbs out and replace with polarg bubls to give it that white/blue affect. Rewiring looks really simple. On my way to install right now, will post pics in a little while.

Hey, will these work on a 2k3, or do we still have to replace the projector?

nor feeling it...I will not use the "r" word though, so as not to incite another war. I think it would come down to how they ACTUALLY look...Things look alot nicer on ebay until you find out how poor quality some of the stuff is.

just my 2cents...

Well i just ordered them, I liked the chrome ones but I really liked the black ones when I saw them. I'll let you know what they look like up close when I get them and post pics of them. I'm sure I won't know how to hook them at first so I'll be asking questions too!

H3s?!?!? Those are 35W, right?

That's a problem...but I *COULD* rig a H3 HID setup.
