Lets home these dumb bastards can read.

Quote: Yeah that's what I'm hoping for, just hope I'm the test bunny for the thieves!!!

I was thinking of somehow getting tiny sticker that say...
"ATTN: NON-HID LIGHTING SYSTEM"

Also hoping that the thieves won't think they are HID because they are black and my tails aren't clear, and my wheels aren't like the ones on the other cars that they steal the lights from!

I'm still worried that some bastards will confuse the projectors for HIDs and try to break into my car to steal them.

Sure but were talking $1,500.00 VS. $300.00. So for the money I think these are incredible!

Last night I finally got a chance to install those projectors. Took about 35-40 mins and I had to take out those white clips. I just wanted to get it installed and I didn't have time to wire the angel eyes. I was blown away at the end result! The car looks awesome! Those projectors makes the Anniversary Edition even better! IMHO. I'll post pics sometime in the next few days.

Now for the not so great stuff. The low beam (projector) pattern is funky. It's all over the place. Also, alignment of the beam is a little off. The driver side seems high and the passenger side is a little low. I was wondering if it's possible to adjust the inside of the projector housing? Any other ideas?

I agree with you about the beam pattern and I had commented on that before too. It's a little weird when you expect one solid beam and you get a few. I still like them though. As far as alignment issues are concerned I didn't notice any problems there.

Updates
Planning to wire the angel eyes soon. I tried installing aftermarket H3 bulbs and ran into a minor problem. In order to remove the bulb(s) that thin metal piece that holds spring in place must be moved about 1/8 of an inch. I recommend taking pliers and moving it slowly. If you unscrew it, just loosen it a little so that the wire doesn't come off. After all of that, I had to put the original bulbs back in because I didn't realize the Plasma GT-X H3 bulbs produce an insane bright yellow light!!! Planning to get H3s, either the Super Plasma or the Spark Blues. We shall see.

Keep us informed. I'm going to get a pair of these in a month or two.

I promised I would post these pics once I organized my cardomain site.

In my previous post, this metal piece which secures the spring prevents you from removing the H3 bulb.

You can unscrew it or use pliers to move it a least 1/8 of an inch in the direction of the arrow so that the bulb will clear the metal piece.

I'm gonna see if I can work on the angel eyes this weekend and also make a decision whether to get the Spark Blues or the Super Plasmas.
