opinions on costs/how to fix

I have a pearl white 2000 Maxima SE and I want to know the best way to have these scrapes/marks on my front and back bumpers fixed. I dont know whether I need new bumpers or just some sandpapering and painting over will do. So whats the best way I can get this stuff fixed? I have pics on my pc but i dont know how to put them in my post.

you need to host those pictures first. Do you have CarDomain page?

Also interested, I've got a bunch of nasty scrapes on my front bumper - tried touch up paint, which helped a little, but these suckers are deep!

How much is it to paint a Polished Titanium 2003 rear bumper. I have a couple of scrapes.
