Well, I checked all through the garage, and it looks like I'm a dumbass and threw the OEM shims out. I've re-applied anti-squeal twice to the front brakes already and they STILL are squeaking. I put down the windows and can hear it coming from both sides, sometimes it sounds almost as though they're alternating.

Any ideas or tricks I can try to get this to stop? Also, where can I get some more of those shims? Nissan? or can I get them elsewhere?

Thanks!

You can get the shims from your local Nissan dealer.
That's weird that yours is squealing. I haven't used shims on mine, and mine never squeal. I do recall that the first time I did brakes, I went over the calipers thoroughly with a steel-bristled detailing brush to clean them off of most dirt before applying the anti-squeal grease.

Just go to a dealer and ask for Brake installation kit. It will have shims and metal clips that you put into the Torque Member to hod in the pads.

How much does that cost?

I've never had brakes do this to me before. If I have to brake hard, I hear a rumbling sound, almost like slowing down while driving across one of those open-grate bridges.

I'll have to see if I can find a Nissan dealer close to me. I've also had people tell me to use bolt anti-seize on the pads to keep them from squeaking.

Overall, I'm not very happy with my raybestos rotors and semi-metallic pads. I'm almost ready to toss the pads and get those ones from autozone that someone mentioned earlier.

That "rumbling sound" is how my rotors+pads sounded when they started to become warped. Since you *just* installed these recently, I seriously doubt that's the case--something must be off. Try pulling off the rotors and cleaning (w/ a metal bristled brush) the face of the spindle and double-checking all your work to ensure the rotor and calipers/pads are sitting squarely where they should.
