I was just curious if anyone has attemped to convert an auto trans to a 6spd w/LSD? You would need the 6spd w/LSD,clutch pedal assembly & ecu out of the manual car right? Am I forgetting anything? I know there are recycling centers in the Sacramento area where I can probably get what I need and a friend just opened a Z shop in the San Jose area. I know it would be easier to just trade in my auto Max for a 6spd Max but I really like my car and I really don't lose my **** on the trade because of the poor resale value and the miles are stacking up fast. I also do not trust my auto trans. If I stick with the auto I would like to do a valve body kit and a tranny cooler. Just wanted to know what you thought and hear feedback from those of you who have done this already. Thanks in advance.
