Cleaned out the throttle body yesterday and slapped a K&N filter on.. I must say wow what a difference its sooo fast now..

 

me too...cleaned throttle body...same result.

 

Is there a how-to for this? I think I need to do mine. How hard/time consuming was it?

It's funny...I had the same problem with my Z28 for about a year and no one could figure it out and then one day, a mechanic took the air box off, sprayed out the MAF with some brake cleaner and the thing ran perfectly after that. Seems this is getting much more prevalent with the oiled filters out there.
