Steering radius/turning mod

I can't find the thread that was about modifying (cutting) the steering stops to improve the turning radius of the 5th gens from a week or so back. Does anyone have the link to the thread?

Have many of you done this? Any drawbacks to doing this, like over-stressing the power steering pump, ripping axle boots, or rubbing on any other components?

Trying to square away the drawbacks such as the awful turning of the 5th gen before maybe selling the Z and going back to the maxima side of nissan.

No need to cut anything. There is a bolt on the wheel hub that limits the turning angle. It is just below the outter tierod end. Like you said, be careful so you don't rub any suspension parts or overstress the steering pump.
