Windows rolling up sloooooow
Hi
My driver side window is rolling up veeery slow, i can hear a squeaking noise, sometimes it stops, sometimes it will go all the way up. No problem with going down. Any ideas? looks like theres a tension between glass & rubber. Any lubricants? what do I do?

lower the window, take a wet rag, and rub it up and down in the window track. after it dries, spray silicon spray in the track. DO NOT use something oil based like WD40. roll the window up and down a few times and spray some more in there.
all better

one last thing.
when the window is down all the way clean the rubber at the top of the door where it meets the glass (the hole where the window goes when down). that helps and also prevents streaking of your window

it will not hurt the window. if you do it right it will only be in the track and edge of the window anyway. and thats why i said not to use anything like WD40. it will attract more dirt.
you dont spray it in the door. you spray in in the window track. (SEE PIC ABOVE) i spray it in the top and let it run down
