Hit and Run

While i was at work last week some lady backed up hit my car and knocked off my sarona rear bumper. According to the witness who saw it all happen and got the full plate number. The older looking lady got out of her car looked at her car saw my bumper on the floor tried to put it back on it fell of again then she got in her car and left. Then she calls me today(after the cops gave her my number) and tells me that she was going to call the number on my licences plate frame(the # from the shop i bought my car from) so i reply so if it said nissan on my frame the your going call nissan about it then she said nothing so i reply the only reason you called me is because you got caught. The insurance said she put $460 worth of damage on my bumper. She said she didn't want to go through her insurance and since my deductable is $500(plus there is noway she put that much damage on my car) i said ok and that she would drop off my money monday plus i wanted to get rid of the sarona kit anyways for the Stillen Touring Kit

she apparently is a horrible liar. if her plate wasn't taken down by the witness she wasn't going to call the place you got the car from. you would have been left with no bumper and alot of frustration. she wasn't about to leave a note

NO NO NO!! You went at it all wrong.. First, you should have seen if this old lady had a hot daughter... If she did, you shoulda made this deal.

"I wont call the insurance company if... Your daughter goes out with me, and you give me 500 dollars."

.....but Im glad youre getting your money!

Your deductable is not important in this case. Your not at fault. She hit you, she pays for all you damage.
