So i went ahead and bought the 1156's in titanium for my 2001 only to find out that they dont fit...

i printed out a bulb chart online an it still was the wrong one.

i have no idea what to do

did anyone else have this problem?

 

was the bulb for front or real lights...
front singal light is 1157
back is 1156

If the bulbs were for the rear, the 1156 bulb will NOT fit. The correct bulb size is "PY21W". Try here....http://www.powerbulbs.com/products/p...offer&type=IND . This is where I bought mine.

sorry, it is the rear bulbs. and yes the 1156's wont work.

thanx for that link though, maybe we should email those companies with the wrong bulb on their sites so we can save some people some time??

you can make 1156s work. just grind down one of the nubs. i believe the watage & everything is the same.

 

I ordered 1156 turn signal bulbs to find that the "nubs" dont match. I just used brute force to push the bulbs and it worked!
