HELP diagnosing a problem 200 maxima

HELP diagnosing a problem 200 maxima
hi
pulled a P0171 code about 3 months ago on a 2000 maxima with 64k miles , i was told these were the possible causes.
-intake air leaks
-heat O2 sensor
-injectors
-exhuast gas leaks
-incorrect fuel pressure
-lack of fuel
-MAF
car was running fine up until about a month ago ,now the car hesitates when first started and WAS running ok after it warmed up. now i have LOSS POWER under load . the car also pings a lot but it has always done this. i do use high test gas. car has newer plugs and air filter.
can any one narrow done the PROBLEM from the above list to find the exact problem?. i am thinking 02 sensor bt they are expensive and i don't want to take it to the dealer.
any help would be appreciated
