Am I asking for it?

My o2 Bank 1 sensor 2 went bad and threw codes P0138 and P0139. I have a 800 mile trip to Texas this weekend and the dealer I bought the car from is there. My question is, will I hurt anything driving with a bad o2 sensor? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. You will not have as good gas mileage, because the engine is not performaing as efficiently as normal. The car will operate normally otherwise. Your car should make the trip fine.

Mine's been bad for a while since mine's tied up underneath the car....I don't see a drop in gas mileage, and it's not hurting performance, you should be juuuuuuuust fine, enjoy your drive!
