You can get any of these listed in the link above.
I believe OEM spoiler brake lights have 3 tabs .too lazy to go out and check it.
here is you choices:

Or ,if you don't want to buy new one you can just fix it your self by changing the resistor or the leds .It is a lot of risky works here is the link any way:

At the end it all your choice
1. go with OEM part and pay $$$?You are looking to spend $120-150.
2. Fix it your self and take the risk
3. follow the instruction in the last link and you will be different from other max owners.
