Not sure if Nissan sales them or not, but there is a place that sales clear light for it, I belive the place is called aroedyne, not totally sure would have to look at my reciept but im not at home. It was under 40 bucks I know that. I have a 2k and replacing it was a nightmare, had to brake the old one out, then you have 2 do some custom work on the clear light to make it fit then use sillicon to attach it. I have never had any prob with it, its ben on for about 2 years and it looks great

Don't panic man this is not an OEM part if you want an OEM part (plug and play),you can ask the dealer ,but I'm not sure if they sell the 3rd brake light by it self .I believe they would tell you that you will have to buy the hole spoiler .If they do sell it by it self and that what you want return the clear one and get the OEM part.I don't know ,but you can try.

Or ,if you don't want to buy new one you can just fix it your self by changing the resistor or the leds .It is a lot of risky works here is the link any way:

https://maxima.org/shoptalk/sub_care...pl/index.shtml

I did mine 4 month ago and i have no problem here in Chicago alots of raining days.I follow the link below and you should be fine.

http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...=259701&page=8

At the end it all your choice
1. go with OEM part and pay $$$?You are looking to spend $120-150.
2. Fix it your self and take the risk
3. follow the instruction in the last link and you will be different from other max owners.
