The back is fine with the exhaust set up but that front is fugly and so are the sides.

Can someone photoshop the Stillen side valances on this kit with a different front lip?

Wow

I would NEVER purchase anything with a STAMPED logo on it like that. I had my motorcycle pipe filled and repolished to remove the Two Bros Rivited on logo. Tacky Tacky Tacky. You should get sales by inquiries...not blazen advertising like that.

Spending that kind of jack on a kit AND its fiberglass and it has a stamped logo....

I know "they" are probably protecting their intellectual property...but "they" are going to have to rethink the stamping. Those that are close to buying it might have seconds thought about PERMANANT advertising on their car.

I think the front would look good without those foglights.

In my opinion the kit is nice...but the made a huge mistake by putting their name stamped into the side of it. Of course you could have that filled in, but thats just more time and $$. The rear is nasty, but hte front would work...and the sides are nice too.

EDIT! Sorry guys as you can see from my sig my image host is down...someone PLEASE host these pics!! Send me a PM and I'll email them over to you!

Hey Hamy... I knew that was you I saw on Saturday. I passed you as you were turning in to the parking lot on Elmerton Ave.. Your car is hott.. My car has my new 19's on it.. Haven't got pics up yet but they're on the way.. As far as the kit.. I don't like it.. Not my taste.. The car could have been done better.. The car is red and the inside was tan The car had no interior work, engine work, or system work done on it. Just body kit, rims, headlight, and taillights.. Didn't like the rims.. Don't like the red color.. And they should have used the chrome headlights instead of the black ones.. When I first saw the car from a distance it was aiight. Then when I got up on it and looked around it I was embarrassed.. Hamy your car should have been in there instead of that one.. Are you gonna enter yours next year??

I think the side skirts would actually compliment those 2k 2k1 who are looking for some side rockers and not a whole body kit. The other thing i noticed was that side skirts were molded which gives it a very "stock" appearance. I will buy the side skirts eventually and just match it up to my 2k front and rear stock bumpers.

Yea that red color is really nice.

It's similar, or the same, as the new color they offer for the Altima SE-R.

Ok, Ok, Ok. This same stuff happens anytime someone introduces something new and different. This same type of bashing went on with the 5th Gen Maxima when it was introduced and now the 6th Gen. But what happened, both of those cars sold like hot cakes and Maybe this kit will too. Isnt this kit called a Skyline Body Kit. The Nissan Skyline isnt round like our cars so maybe a kit named after it shouldnt be. If you are trying to be as close to a Skyline as possible then here is an option for you. Me myself, I like the Contrast and the Maxima deserves a dual exhaust. So I will take the front, I will take the rear and I will take the dual exhaust which is said to increase HP 10 to 15 over stock not to mention having a nice growl to it. I will go with some vented Sarona Side Skirts though, just to help square the car off some more. Only thing is will this kit fit the 2k bumper and does Custom Enterprises have layaway??

yes it will fit the 2000 maxima's, and no CM do not offer layaway.
Like i said before, it looks a whole lot better in person.
And yes the maxima does deserve dual exhaust that why i had mine done.

Is that a custom exhaust? I know that bumper has to be. What was your HP increase?

i think CM has to come into these forums a lot more often...especially during development and prototyping like SSR Engineering does with their turbo kits...get some info from the maxima general public and get design cues from us...THEN they might have seen the white photochopped maxima with the skyline front end. the design doesnt float my boat and the Custom Enterprises stamping has to go...someone contact CM and tell them to read into our forum.

I've clicked on this thread at least a dozen times. I've yet to think of anything to say about that kit. It makes the Max look like a Matchbox toy, rather than a Skyline. I don't know what's worse, the back or the front. The front tries to look like the Skyline, but it doesn't wrap slightly underneath the Max like it's supposed to. Also, it doesn't help that the Max and Skyline have completely different looking grilles and headlights. The kit would look A LOT better on a 4th gen.

I am revolted.

Heard!!! How come CM doesn't have some kind of poll or something of that matter. Maybe post different prototype designs and have the people have some say so of which one to develop. just my $0.02

They should just scrap this! Skylines and 5th gen Maximas are just so different in shape and looks that creating a body kit should've been out of the question in the first place.

Are these people trying to sell this thing? I wouldn't even put it on a Max if they gave it to me.

Personally the only Body kit that I like is the Aniversary Edition one. I think every body kit out there just looks uglyyy. I don't know why people spend soo much $$ on Rice. Here is a pic of my favorite body kit.

That's not red, it looks mandarin orange. The rear is stupid, it looks like something offa that other octane kit. The front is ok, it looks stupid with those fogs. The sides are not even there, it's as if they are tucked in. I hate the fact that they did put their name/logo on it, it's like what wings west does. At least wings west's logo looks better than what they have. Eh I'll wait for the next kit. And btw, that AE bk, that's not a bk just a lip :P A body kit is something that changes the look of the car, it replaces the stock bumper. The AE kit is just an add on, and a lip.
