no they dont. If you would like, I have black mud gaurds for a 2000 brand new in Nissan Box's at home.

 

Yes the 02/03 ones were designed with the Side skirts in mind I know for a fact the fronts donot fit(different part numbers for front fenders for 02/03 vs 00/01). The rear should fit although, what color is your car?

 

nissan makes body color mud guards for 00-01. i ordered mine from Dave B a week ago. give him a ring & he should be able to get them for ya
