Ecu ?

Are there any programmable ecu upgrades for our car, if so who makes em and how much?

yea there is jet sperfomace will redo your chip you gatta send it to them check out custommaxima.com and they got it there

Woah what a rip off. That chip totally sucks. Why do you have to send in your ecu? I mean why can't they do add on chips like what my friend has.
Or make programmers for the stock ecu.. like this http://www.hypertech-inc.com/products.html is it cuz it's an import and they won't share ecu codes?

There aren't alot of guys that got the Jet chip ecu, but the one's that have it all have tight lips about it.... Anyway Jet say there is a 15hp gain. Check it out!!!!!!!!

Word!!!!!!!!! But it's not that easy. For one the maxima don't have chips, the whole ecu has to be reflash in order to call it a mod.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read what Jet said, I still think that's stupid that I have to send them my whole freaking ECU, neh not worth the 400 bucks, and the whole fact that my car will be out of service for 3 days or longer. Rather spend the money on something else..
