What bulbs to use for front/back clear bumper lens?

i was wondering what types of bulbs do people use with their clear lens...i was thinking of going with hyper whites all around or maybe just replace front with amber and back with red bulbs...what u guys think?

amber front, red back. I never thought I would get pulled over for having super whites but I did. Not worth a ticket.

amber all around. Looks better when they match IMO.

I'm not sure about the laws for where you're from, so you might want to check them out, but in CA its white or amber in the front, and red in the back. However, if you don't want any problems, just play it safe and go amber and red rear.

I have had hyper whites in mine for almost a year now and I asked a local cop in my area and he said that it was not a problem. I even switched my turn signal bulbs in front and back to hyper white.

polarg amber for the fronts- looks much better than the pi$$ color bulbs that came with the clears. kept the stock rear red.

I have had Hyper whites in mine for about a year also. There is the issue of a ticket but some places depending on the area and officer may give you a grace period (10 days) to correct it i.e... (amber/red). If you go with the hyper whites maybe you could carry a cheap set of amber/reds in the glove box or something. If you left the amber/reds new in the package, you could tell the officer that you just found out the others were illegal and were going home to replace them with the unopened ones.

Po-Po, nice to see you posted.......might get a few locals to meet soon

The only issue I've ever had was with the stupid inspection stations, trying to tell me that my super whites were illegal up front cause the bulb is blue.....I told them to shove it....The statue says, that the light must emit a white or amber light, so regardless of what the bulb color is it will pass inspection.......bunch a crack heads.......this one guy told me not to tell him how to inspect a car, i told him he should study the statues more....needless to say i didn't get my car inspected there.......sorry to all inspection guys here, but i know what i'm talkin about.......
