I was thinking of purchasing the Cattman Y Pipe in the Group Deal forum, but wanted to get some input on which catback exhaust sounds the best with this Y Pipe. I remember reading a while back about Frankencar/Y pipe combo sounding the best, but I also remember the Greddy Evo sounding good. I don't want to wake the neighbors up. Just want it to sound more powerful like the 350z ect. Thanks in Advance.

 

if it helps i have the berk intake with the greddy evo and it sounds pretty mean, not too ricey at all and i was thinkin what the y pipe would add to the sound also.

 

I been thinking about adding a Y-pipe also. But I remember reading a while back about a fitment problem like when you stomped on the gas it would bang against the bottom of the car. Has that been resolved?

 

this has been taken care of, its in the instructions they send with the y pipe. i just got my cattman put on and it has details on how to end this noise. all it is, is a screw that needs to be filed down. and oh yeah the cattman y is a sick pipe

 

My screw did not need to be filed down or anything. There was plenty of room when I installed mine. I think theres only a small chance that you will have to.
Anyone have just Cattman Y + Berk?
