I was wondering if anyone could recommend the best way to wire up Halo Rings for the headlights. I wired them up but they just don't seem to be that bright. I saw pictures of others that seem to be really bright even with the headlights on. By the way these are the JDM Halo/projector headlights. Thanks for your help.

 

If someone would happen to know where a link is for the information I will gladly look it up. Any help would be appreciated.
