A while ago, I posted that I had a problem with my gas gauge... after filling the tank full, the gauge only read
7/8 to 3/4 full. I had the fuel sending unit replaced and filled the tank full... now it reads a little over half tank on the gauge.

Any ideas?

Also, I was told that there's a second ECU update...
Anybody have any info?

 

I know the cold idle TSB says to update the program on the ecu... but I have no idea if or why that would affect your gas gauge.

 

I didn't mean to imply that it did... the two are completely separate issues.

 

I was simply confirming that there are updated programs for the ECU.
