A/C help

My A/C decided to act up in most hotest weather. I don't know whats wrong with it, some times it blows really hot air and some times it works perfectly fine. I don't know whats going on.

Mine does the same thing (2000 SE). If i shut the AC off and back on, that usually fixes it.
