Interesting JIC Problem *** ? ***

So I've had my JIC-FLT A1 on for about 2 mos now and I've noticed a weird issue.

I set the settings to soft and drive around for a day or so. By the end of the 2nd day or so, the car feels as if its on the STIFF setting when its really on the soft?

I think my JIC's have a mind of their own. No matter what I set them to, they always goto the stiffest setting and its getting annoying.

Am I doing something wrong when I change the settings? Anyone else experience this issue?

Help is much appreciated.

Two possiblities:

1. when you adjust the unit, you are not letting the **** click down into
place (highley unlikely)

2. There is something wrong with your unit, may need to be tightened. I have
mine set to 12 all around and that is what they stay at, and even when i
used to ride around on 2, that is what it would stay at.

Just give JIC-USA a call.

JIC seems to believe that my dampers may be bad. I'm waiting on another call back now

Don't worry

I wouldn't fret over it too much. That is why you paid so much for this setup, I have had to send mine back twice, and all I had to pay for was shipping. They are very nice and stand behind their product. Good luck and be patient....

The first time was because someone assembled the strut wrong at the factory, and I was getting a knocking noise over bumps.

The second time was because my front right adjustment was a PITA to turn, so I sent it back and they took it apart and lubed it up real nice for me.

Both problems are non-exsistent and my JICs work like a dream now(knock on wood)
