What headlight bulbs??

Ok, im tired of the yellowish tint of my stock hallogens and want to get some new bulbs. I am thinking either silverstars or trying those eurodezigns from ebay. the eurodezigns are only like 20 bucks shipped so that a pretty good deal. anyone had experience with those bulbs at all. doesnt seem like they would melt your harness? Theres sometimes deals on silverstars where its 2 for 25 bucks so i would probably wait for that deal to buy those. well anyways... how do those bulbs look and any other suggestions you might have for bulbs...

I just ordered some H4 and H3 Piaa Extreme White bulbs. I cant wait. I should have them in on Thursday.

I know it's not good to touch the bulb. What can I clean it with if I touch it. Is it okay to wear latex gloves.

Don't get the Eurolite (Toucan) bulbs - although they give VERY GOOD visibility (better than stock), they only look a little bit whiter than stock.

i believe you are supposed to use rubbing alcohol to remove dirt/fingerprints

Rubbing alcohol is the way to go. Clean the bulb, let it dry, and put it in.

Will these aftermarket headlights crack the headlamp from heat? I would like to get aftermarket lights too, but I hear they crack the lamp.

What is the best way to replace the foglight bulbs. Can you take the headlights out and go from the top down or is it better to go from the bottom. Last time I replaced the foglight bulbs I did it from the bottow but I used a lift at my friends work.

i have PIAA Xtreme whites for my fogs and they are WHITE and BRIGHT...much better then stock and i have Optx headlights which seem to have lost its brightness although they're still white...i take my fogs out from below...dont even need to lift my car up but mines not dropped so....yea definitely go with PIAAs...a guy at tweeter was willing to give me the PIAA GTs for cheaper then the Xtreme whites...unfortunately i didnt have the cash at the time...oh wells..next time

Bought my Piaa's here!

I bought wedge bulbs and headlights from them before and they were pretty good. A couple months ago they shipped it free when you buy $40 or over. Now it's $75 or over.

Check it out: http://www.importperformancewarehouse.com/piaa
