hiding fuel filter

If someone could please help me. My friend just bought a 2k se It needs a common tune up, which was no problem. I just can't find the fuel filter anywhere
please help me find the filter.

it is inside the gas tank. you have to remove the back seat and you will see an access panel to a gas tank

It's a bit of a pain, but my writeup is listed in the link right above this. The fuel filter and replacement O-ring (for the fuel tank opening) are only available via a Nissan dealer. Shipped from DAVEB at South Point Nissan it cost ~$26 total.
Just be very diligent and careful when doing it and you should be OK. Don't force anything, the plastic can be brittle. (then again I was doing that shyt in 27F weather )
