Looking for motormounts

Correct me if im wrong but polyurethane engine mounts will minimize the jolting/rocking motion i feel when shifting (fyi, this occurs upshifting and the front end of the car literally drags downward after clutch is disengaged in gear)
The only company I have found which makes applications for 02-03 models is energy suspension and even then they are still researching. So who else makes this? And is this the right part for my shifting issue? Am i better off b!tching at the dealership and replacing the mounts with oem?
