Clearance issues with AE kit?

Will the rear skirt of the AE kit clear the stock (non-AE) muffler? I know that the AE has a different muffler...are its tips truned downward?

If the Stillen will fit, the AE should fit as well.

No problems with clearance. Had magnaflows welded on. Looks way better now.

Exactly which magnaflow tips are those, and how difficult was the installation? Did you just chop off part of the "uniquely downward facing tailpipes" (as described by Nissan). Those look fantastic...
