I recently had all 6 coils changed on my car, and I cleaned my throttle body which was pretty dirty. After replacing the coils and cleaning the throttle body, I noticed a serious problem with my idle. Sometimes I'm driving and it starts bouncing between 1 and 2 rpms. When I put it in park it bounces even more. I have no idea what's causing this problem, anyone got any ideas here? In addition, I noticed my exhaust is making a loud noise, sounds like a mack truck. I don't know what the hell is going on here. I'm sick and tired of nissan charging me $90 to look at the damn thing every time. I need help badly fellas so please respond ASAP on this one.

Sounds like you had a shop install the coils. If so, I'd bring the idle issue up w/ them.
