You can order the cover for the rear window stop light. It came with my wing, because it was a factory wing, not an aftermarket. The cover is only $23 and you can get it from Dave Burnette at Southpoint Nissan. You remove the rear window stop light and place this plactic flat cover that matches your interior.. Pretty cheap and easy to install...

If i remember the design...it wouldn't be functional at all. I would assume it's functional at 120+ speeds.

No need for me to order it. I have an SE/AE, no deck mounted light for me.

I always thought it was odd, that they left the light uncovered. But as you say, there is one available and it should come with a dealer instal of a factory wing. Unfortunate truth is that many dealers/customers don't put that cover on.

I had a spoiler added to my GLE. Dealer sent it out to an OEM supplier. There is another thread that talks about the ugly a$$ end of the Max. That is why I went with the spoiler. Finished it off nicely, I think.
