Has anyone installed the phantom grip lsd mod on their 6 speeds?? how was the fitment on that?? thank yas

I'm still new to the 5.5gens. Learning every day and hopefully getting one by the end of the month. Just learned that if the max has aluminum pedals it has HLSD., or was someone lying?

It's hard as hell to find a 6spd, yet alone one with HLSD.

 

Just get a 2001 AE 5 speed or a 99 SEL!

 

99 SE-L had no LSD in it of any kind, only the I30Ts had it back then in the 4th gen era. MJK and I are doing a 6spd conversion on his 00 automatic next weekend and he currious to find out if we can put a Phantom Grip into his 6spd manual tranny.

 

2k3TitaniumSe why is it that you are the only one that doesn't want me to get a 6spd? Everyone else is telling me to get it but you? Is it cause we both live in Chicago? Are you feeling threatened or something? I don't understand it.

 

I have a 01 5spd.... please don't buy a GXE 5spd :P I don't think 2k3TitaniumSE doesn't want U getting a 6spd. Maybe hes just suggesting an auto.
