of spark plug change please help
Ok I am changing my spark plugs, and went with the pfr5g11 platinum tipped. Well I ordered from dave b and by mistake i guess one of the plugs is different. It is a bfr or bgr5g11 or something. Isnt that a copper plug instead of platinum? And is it allright to mix it in with the others or no. please help!
any info on this would be great. right now i have 3 new platinum tipped plugs changed. Should I just order another platinum tipped plug and wait to change the other 3? Im not sure what the consequence is of running mixed plugs, or running 3 new and 3 old. Please help. Also is it ok to put the old plugs back in and just wait alltogether. Please Help!!!
i wouldn't mix em if i was you. if you want to install them now and can't wait, cough-up the extra few $ and get the similar one from pep boys, napa, or advance auto parts. return it to dave. i am sure he will give you a credit. check the plug #s here, 3rd last post:

Don't mix the different plugs, i.e. plats with copper, or plats with iridium. But you can install all the new ones and leave one old one if you need to wait to get the last one. Provided the old one is platinum as well.
