I just picked up a 2000 GLE.

The CarFax said the owner lived in Woodbridge, NJ and the car had 46K on it, so I imagine it saw a lot of city commuting to Manhattan, Hoboken, Jersey City or elsewhere.

The rear bumper also indicates a lot of city parking as it has its share of scratches.

Which leads to me to my relatively unexciting question:

Any idea how much a replacement rear bumper costs? Installation? Would you recommend doing that through a dealer, a mechanic or a body shop?
