Motion Sensor for Factory Alarm...

I know this issue has been brought up before, I even remember Russ used to have a writeup for it however I can't find anything. Wondering where I can buy the motion sensor for the factory alarm, how much $, how time consuming it is, etc. Thanks in adv.
