After reading the TSB still not sure?

I've read the service bulletins about the
slipping and still can't decipher whether
my VIN# applies to the problem Maxima's.
I notice a slip from 2nd to 3rd mostly in
the morning when the car is cold. How can
I tell how old my car is and if my VIN#
applies? And if so, what is the next step
from there? How do I prove it to the dealer?
If there is any problem, they usually nudge it
off like it's no big deal. In the beginning when
I first got my car, it was pulling to the side,
everytime I went to the dealer they made like
I was the crazy one.
Thanks.

I am going to try and get an appointment at the nearest Nissan as soon as I can.
They are always booked up.

bring the TSB with you
Take the TSB with you when you go to the dealer. Thats what I did and they test drove mine and some of the other cars on the lot and said that they would fix it. It took me 3 trips to the dealer, last time was with the TSB and they listened?
