BKM on changing belts for 2K Max

I would think many in the forum would have changed the belts on their own --- for the matter of fact I did see a thread on this sometime back.

I intend to change my belts (they seem varnished from the inside) and would like to know if someone could post a detailed thread on how to go about doing the replacement (both alternator and PS belts!!!)

Thx,

Its quite easy, actually - Not sure you need a detailer write up for it. Just jack up the car, take off the right-hand splash shield covering the belts, loosen the tensioner on the main belt (2 bolts), change belt, loosen the tensioner on accessory blet (2 bolts, need a couple extensions, carefully look straight up underneath the car, all the way on top of belt), change belt, tighten the tensioners, put shield back on an away you go! Seriously though, its not that difficult, and takes about 30 mils. If you can change your oil, you could probably handle the belts just fine. Good luck!
