Wow, thats strange.....I would suggest trying aftermarket ones, since a dealer replacement will cost you a lot more....you can even switch to a higher rating.....Im currently using d2s 7000k bulbs....

LOL the 'K' rating
K stands for kelvin
and the numbers represent the temperature of the light, which in the case with visible light, means color
5000k is 'daylight'
so 5200k hid's would give you the best visibility
as you move up, to about 8000k you get a purple hue/tint, what some ricers want
anything past that you start losing visibility at an exponential loss, a 12k hid, which is really a hookedup 8k hid has less visibility then lets say.. sylvanias.

Are these going to fit, and what should i do with the bulb that did not burned out. Is it 4200 bulb, so K6000 is gonna be brighter.

i have heard the light output decreases with the increase in kelvin. 6000 will be more white and a little purple.. sell the bulb that did not burn out..before buying make sure you don't get the D2S. D2S are for projector lights..

Those will fit but that seller has a bad reputation, check out the classified section of HIDforum.com, there usually are some guys selling new pairs of phillips bulbs for good prices. I'd stay away from higher kelvin temp bulbs other than the 6000k ones that phillips makes, ultinions I believe they are called. Even with those though, you'll loose some light output.

Any D2R will fit, which is what he's selling and you want. However, I thought all BMWs and I think Audis used projector type housings with D2S burners.
As long as it's Phillips and a D2R...it's good.

1. Go to you favorite stealership that one that you have a good relationship with or have been going to for a while- have them give you a quote.Tell them you will think about it.
2. Call 1800NISSAN1 and be nice tell them that you've owned several nissans (they might ask for VINs)and they've been great, and now you have a small problem that you are hoping they will take care of. Tell them that your lights went out and you think that at 50 and 2 years, that's just too fast.... Ask them to goodwill it. They will ask you if got a quote...give them the quote...
They will give you a case number, call your service adviser verify that you are not a total a-hole and call you back.
Chanses are you will get approved because you are still under 3 years.
If not, try to bargain just for parts costs....and do it yourself.
Just be nice and you have a good chance of getting it goodwilled. Its worth trying.
I got mine ABS sensor replaced like that and I had 65k on my 2002 - that was 2 months ago.
Good luck.
