What color Caliper Paint on my White 2000 SE?

I have the cross drilled rotors and new rims so you can see the calipers more now.

 

With white, there are many colors that will look good. Ive seen a lot of red. You can also go silver, black, yellow, or blue. But I would recommend red to stand out a bit more.

 

i painted mine red and they shouted RICE!!!!

now they are black with clear coat.. silver would also look sweet..i say stay away from flashy yellow, green, and red

 

I like the look of red a lot. I disagree with whoever said that it looks amature and the bronze looks professional. The red does look professional as a lot of the high permormance brake systems have red calipers. Its up to you , its what you like.

 

BLACK, dear god please BLACK and not RED. RICE = RED Calipers + White Maxima. If you have an upgraded brake kit, then and only then, does red look good. But on stock calipers, just paint them black.

 

Dont get any of the bright colors. It will just draw attention away from the rest of your car.

I think that black would look killer!

 

i did black with silver pads... enamel engine paint silver and black

 

I voted Black, silver would be nice too.

No Red or Yellow !! It's a maxima not a Ferrari.

 

at the moment mine are red, as soon as i do my brakes they are going to black.

 

or a porshe.....red looks RICEY on our OEM bunk ar$e rotors...

 

I'm leaning towards silver to match the rims

 

I vote Black. IMO black is real clean looks nice!

i painted mine metallic gray and it looks a hell of a lot better than the stock look. it basically looks metallic black when you look at it

 

Just put the transmission sensor on a switch today (well my shop did)
Transmission cooler next week

I painted mine red yesterday and wanted to get pics up. It was very easy to do. I just taped newspaper around the rotors and sprayed away. Very happy with the results. The pics aren't the best, I should have moved the wheels slightly so the calipers could have been seen more.

I would love to see a pic of them in white on a White max. I bet it would look really clean.

 

I was thinking white at first but it would be so hard to keep clean ... I think i'm going with silver

Why silver. Paint it black. Easy to clean and looks nice. The calipers are already silver.

i voted red, thats what mine are right now, but im really diggen the gold. very 350z-ish.

i painted my calipers red, makes my factory brakes stand out too much = kinda rice. im going to repaint them black.

 

Silver, anything else is too flashy.

My max is black though, and the calipers are black too.
