you'll get the same mileage if you coast at 142mph as you would if you were coasting at 14mph. Coasting doesn't use much gas.
did you mean would you get less mileage if you drive at a constant 80mph? yes. considerably less? no.
did you mean would you get less mileage if you drive at a constant 80mph? yes. considerably less? no.

after that you will see some loss
70 to 80 is about a 25mpg to a 20mpg switch i guess
200 highways miles between school and home-home so yea, and i do all types of time wasting.
