I wish billet grilles would fit our car. But they only make Billet grilles for 2k2-2k3. We got the crappy street scene one.

This is the one u were talking about?

Go to www.streetsceneeq.com or www.streetscene.com. One of them is to research and the other one you can actually purchase the grill from. I forgot which one exactly.
I just bought the grille from them and I am looking for a good body shop that can help me install it. I am in Hartford, Ct. Any suggestions?

It was trial and error...I messed up the first try. It's actually two pieces (left and right) cut to precisely fit/wedge themselves in there flush with the back of the OEM grill.

Yes they are galvanized gutter covers....paint doesn't stick well to galvanized but I got a certain primer that said it is for galvanized metal especially and then painted it with Dupli-color automotive spray paint...soryy I don't have the primer can so can't tell you what it was called exactly.

not zip ties, just some shoelaces j/k

Actually I used zip ties with metal clips (very strong)....3 on the lower grill and 6 total on the upper. I strategically located them so they almost impossible to see unless you're actually looking for them up close (see if you can see any in the pics - probably just the bottom one on the bottom grill, which I have relocated since the picture)......the grills are VERY secure - I pushed hard on the front of them and they didn't budge....

and yellofury - The girl in my sig isn't me, it's a singer who looks like my wife....
