Hello I have 2002 maxima with stock HID bulbs and I wanted to upgrade them to 6000k or 7000k. I want the purplish look so what Kelvin should I go with? Will this affect the ballasts by doing this? Whats the best brand? Where can I purchase a pair and whats the price on them?

6000/6500k is perfect

 

I've had a few different sets. I found 8000k to be my favorite just because its soooo blue. But if you like purple/white i'd go more towards 6000k. The philips Ultinons are a great bulb that will not kill your output like most other aftermarket bulbs.
