Need to make a right financial Decision

I was thinking to sale my maxima. I want to save up for a down payment for an apartment. Is it a good decision to sale the maxima?
I have a 2k2 Se base, with 47k miles. How much can I get for the car now and how much will I be able to get for the car in 1 year?
What would you do?

Don't you kinda need a car AND a place to live? Are you getting a cheaper car when you sell the max and using the difference for the downpayment?

BRo I really understand your position because when I was saving to buy my max in 2Y1 my wife came with the Greath news (baby is on the way!!!!), so I said to my self the car can wait little more... So to sale your car I won't do it because no matter what the prices of the cars going down to much so you'll loosen your car and a lot amount of cash my advice is to get a part-time job and save the extra money and PLZ keep your baby.......

I know, but if i will get a sentra it will be 150$/month vs 412$, my waranty is gonna be up soon, and I am afraid to stay without a warranty and maxima and 412 payment.
