Where can I find them...and can anyone find that link on the forum that resets the needles to the default position, so you can do the clear needle install??

I think you can only get the clear needles from the 4th gener's clusters, such as the GXE models. I believe all the 5th gener's have orange needles, if I'm not mistaken. As far as the link, I remember reading that post, too. It was recent, so you may just want to scroll a couple of pages until you find it.
