Hey whats up guys, one of my sidemarkers just went out and i was wondering which bulb it is i need to replace, thanks.

 

i believe the size is 194. i recommend getting leds from superbrightleds.com. they last 10,000 hrs+.

yeah they snap off. With a flat edge hit it from the fat end. doors and signal may be diff. check sylvanias website for bulbs.

 

Check Customenterprise maxima section, go to clear sidemarkers for 2000-2003 maxima and they'll give you every bulb size.

 

It IS a 194.. it's NOT the same as the BLINKER bulbs!

Pop the sidemarker with a screwdriver... be very carefull as paint damage is eminent.

 

um... but the turning signal bulb is 194 too. i believe 194B if im correct. thanks for your help Titanium

 

I believe you are right because in the 02' Maximas the turn signals are different from the 00'. In the 00' Maximas..the turn signals use 1157 bulbs and the four sides uses Wedge Bulbs (168) bulbs. I have all Piaa's on my 2K Max and those are the Numbers I have.

 

i got the 194's for my markers, there the 4led style. theyre nice and bright, witht the clear markers theyre kinda blueish, like xenon headlight blue, which matchs my car, but i guess is a lil ricey. with normal markers i bet theyd just look nice and bright. i got my bulbs off ebay

 

I am going to smack the lot of you. Blinker/turn signal bulb is a bloody 7440 size, i am holding one in my hand with it in the socket right now out of a 2002 maxima.

The 2000 are not 194 either. They are big dual fillament round bulbs.

that's a 7440 and although similar in SHAPE to the 194 it's a couple times bigger.

 

This is for the SIDEMARKERS?

 

forgot about this post.... it actually WAS a 194 bulb. i had no idea what evil was talking about.

 

no for this:

turning signal one/blinker. side marker is 194. they were suddenly speaking of two different bulb sockets claiming both used the same bulb. jeez

like if you have read what i said, you wouldn't need an extra post explaining the above 10
