Temperature control swap

Has anyone had any experience in switching the regluar temperature console found in the GXE and SE to the digital one found in the GLE and some SE's?

It's way too involved, complex, and requires replacing/installing WAY too much stuff to be worth it.

no, the car has had its problems (bent wheels, warped brakes, parking brake issues, now exhaust leak...). Digital climate control works great. I love the damn thing

I have been on here longer than that and I have never seen it brought up. Check your comments for fact.
