Since I suffered from a dead battery (which I replaced) the car runs rough when under load. that is when driving normally it is beatuiful and smooth but if I put my foot down it runs rough until I lift my foot off. It feels like the car needs a turn up, but would a flat battery cause this problem and is there a way of fixing it.
