They probably overtorqued your wheel lug nuts when they put the wheels back on. That could cause the rotors to warp and also result in your vibration. Does your pedal pulsate when you apply your brakes?
Not sure about your second problem unless somebody disturbed a wheel speed sensor when the wheels were off.

Try switching the wheels from the front to the back and see if the problem follows. If it does, the problem is in the tire/wheel balance. Also make sure that all the front lugs nuts are tight from the tire change.

Unless you saw them do it, they may have just told you that to get rid of you. I would try it for myself so I can eliminate that possibility. I wouldn't let Pep Boys work on my lawn mower.

As far as vibration - I 99.99% gurantee you that they did not balance them right. Ask them to rebalance ALL of them to 1/4oz on the Roadforce machine. I had to go 4 times back when I got new tires. They went thru 12 tires to finally find 4 that did not vibrate (Continental).
As far as ABS light - it might be that you have a loose connector to your ABS sensor. Connectors are located on the inside of the frame in the back and near the weel up front. Check them...

Yea, and toque your lugs to 80lb ....and not with air-wrench. warped rotors come into play only when you apply brakes...if they are warped-it will shake a lot.

Ok Thankyou everyone finally they fixed it, I insisted pepboys to re balance and rotate all four tires, And i told them to reverser the tires from the back to the front and front to the back. I insisted i watch them do it they said it will take 2 hours i said i have 24 hours. SO i watch them balance & Rotate and guess what the problem is gone. SO the conclusion is they did not balance or rotate when they said they did twice. Thankyou everyone for your kind help/

Problem 2 ABS well I figured it out it never did that but when i turn the key upto all the light come on but nit starting the engine ABS light comes on I see my brake pedal depressing like hydraulic turned on. then i turn off completely and turn back on but not starting the engine the ABS light comes on for 2 seconds then goes off. I was reading the manual and it says that is normal so i guess i will turn it on wait till the brake pedal depress, turn it off turn it off and abs goes off.
