Follow this sequence:
Turn key on without starting engine and wait 3 seconds
Floor accellerator 5 times in less than 5 seconds
Release accelerator and wait 7 seconds
Floor accelerator for 10+ seconds until the SES light starts to flash.
It may take a few tries to get it right.
SES light will flash the 4 digit engine error codes. Longer flashes are the first digit, shorter flashes are the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th digits. Ten flashes means zero.
When you have recorded all the codes, floor the accelerator for 10+ seconds to erase the error codes. Turn the iginition off and then start the car. The SES light should be off until it sees another error.
