HELP. loss of power? hesitation? what is it.

i have 03 GLE ... recently noticed.. while i gun it.. at like 3500rpm's it seams to sit there for a fraction of a sec at 3500, then rpms drop to about 32-3300 and then start to climb back up.....
i do have a Weapon R intake with Dragon filter.. had it for like 7 month with no problems.
anyone else had somethign like this?

It could definitely also be the MAF...that was my problem and many many many others...unfortunately it won't throw a code for a long time if that is the problem...they're around $90 at least for a 2k i'm not sure about your year...once i replaced mine all power was back after resetting the ECU..good luck on the fix
