4qts of oil to 3.5L ok??

is it ok if i just put 4 quarts of oil inthe 3.5?? or should i put more...i used the dipstick and it seemed ok but i dont want to put too little

after changing the oil, let it sit there for a few minutes and check it i keep it towards the full level. it takes a tad under 4 qts

i'd say like 3.6-7 should do it, i just kept adding until i twas smack in the middle of the shaded area on the dip.

too much isn't a good thing either

I didn't know this until recently but too much oil is bad too. The main reason being that the engine will start sucking in bubbles of oil as opposed to oil so kinda like having not enough.
